📦 How does the delivery work?

• The shipment is made in neutral packaging
• Service used: La Poste
• Your order is accompanied by a tracking number

💳 Can I request a refund?

• All items on sale are made to order and tailor-made, which means that it is not possible to request a refund.

🚚 What are the manufacturing lead times for the creations?

• It takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be completed. The time depends on the number of orders to be processed. Allow for a longer lead time during Christmas periods

🌍 Do you deliver to all countries?

• In European Union, UK, US, Canada, Australia.
• We are not responsible for customs fees

⏱️ What are the delivery times?

• 48 hours delivery for France
• 3-5 days for deliveries in European Union
• 4-9 days for international delivery

🖤 What thicknesses of latex do you use?

• We work with 0.4 mm latex for some of our accessories. For Heavy accessories we used 0.9 to 1mm latex. The thicknesses are noted in the description of each item.
